I met some really cool guys at the local Ride-in. One
guy rode the longest Denver Kawi chopper you've ever seen.
We got lots of looks cruising the boulevard!! A lot of
old time bikers really like my bike. It felt good when
they would check it out and say nice job. Nice work. It
was obvious I made every single little part on my bike.
And it was cool that people noticed that I've never let
a single person touch my bike. Not that there's anything
wrong with getting help. My attitude is ride whatever
gets you into the wind. I just won't ride a Harley. They're
a dime a dozen. Some idiots think if you don't ride a 20,000
dollar Harley, it's not a real bike and you shouldn't ride.
Those people are RUBS. I've never met a real biker who
felt that way. In fact bikers, are some of the only people
in the world who aren't total fakes and who really care.
Take it easy. I've been up nights thinking about my springer.
My bike is probably the biggest passion in my life. Any
one else suffer from that disease?
